A 25-year-old Newark man was arrested on Tuesday, Dec. 19 and charged with providing drugs to minors in exchange for sex, Morris County authorities said.
Between Aug. 1 and Sept. 28 of last year, Nafis Wiggins, gave two victims, 14 and 15, narcotics in exchange for sexual favors, recruiting and luring them via text messages, Morris County Prosecutor Robert J. Carroll, Chief of Detectives Robert McNally, and Chief Thomas Miller of the Chatham Township Police Department said.

A 32-year-old Leesburg man was arrested on Saturday, Oct. 28, after police say he possessed a stolen handgun.
At 4:39 a.m., police observed a Saturn commit numerous traffic violations at 28th Street and Prospect Avenue, officers said. After initiating a traffic stop, police found Dontae Black, the passenger, to be in possession of a a 9 mm semi-automatic handgun loaded with seven bullets, four of which were hollow-points, officers said. A three-month investigation into cocaine sales in Trenton led to an arrest and seizure of $10,500 in cocaine, two handguns and nearly $4,000 cash, authorities said.
Juan Rivera, 34, of Trenton, was charged with drug and weapons offenses on Oct. 4, according to Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri.
A motor vehicle stop of Rivera in a silver Toyota Corolla was conducted by detectives in the area of Greenwood and Walnut avenues in Trenton. Rivera was detained without incident and $3,986 in cash was seized, Onofti said.

Diogenes Galvez, 19, of Atlantic City, was charged with multiple drug offenses on Wednesday, Sept. 27, according to Atlantic City police.
