A Columbia man is facing multiple charges, including DUI and drug possession, after allegedly crashing into a police patrol car in Mount Joy, authorities announced on Wednesday, Dec. 4.
Christian H. Geib, V., 35, was found hunched over the wheel of his vehicle at West Main Street and South Market Avenue on Nov. 2, 2024, Mount Joy police said. Officers were called to the scene after the car had reportedly been parked at the intersection for 20 minutes without moving.

A Chambersburg woman is facing DUI, child endangerment, and drug possession charges after two crashes in August, police announced on Sunday, Dec. 1.
Kimberlee Mae Parker, 29, was involved in a two-vehicle crash on Tuesday, Aug. 27, at approximately 3:36 p.m., in the 100 block of South Second Street in Chambersburg, according to the release.

A 39-year-old Newark man was convicted on Friday, Nov. 22 of gun possession following a two-day trial, authorities said.
In September 2021, Keiron Murray and another man were standing in front of a vacant lot at 169 Chapman St. in Orange, Essex County Prosecutor Theodore Stephens II said. The officers instructed the men to leave the area, Stephens said. Upon returning two hours later, the officers discovered a gun, a hollow-point bullet, and methamphetamine on the ground near a parked car, Stephens said.

Carlos Navedo, 52, was convicted on multiple counts of Child Rape and related charges on Wednesday, Oct. 30, according to the Bucks County District Attorney's Office.
