A 24-year-old gunman is wanted in the shooting of a tow truck driver who repossessed his car in the Philadelphia suburbs, authorities said.
Jabril Ali has been charged with attempted murder, robbery, weapons violations, and drug sales, Chester City Police Captain Matthew P. Goldschmidt said Friday, May 20.
Ali is accused of shooting Jamie King, 38, who was left in critical condition after the ambush in his tow truck on 2nd and Pusey Streets in Chester on Tuesday, May 3, police said.

A Northern Westchester man has been arrested for alleged possession of heroin and other drugs during a warrants search.
Michael Mastrantone, age 36, of Peekskill, was arrested following an investigation into drug sales in the area around 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 10 at his home following the search, said Peekskill Police Department Lt. Jack Galusha.
According to Galusha, during the search, officers seized 70 grams of heroin, 25 grams of cocaine, drug packaging material, and scales.

Charlee Lora-Rodriguez, age 29, of Greenwich, was arrested on Friday, Jan. 29, after the Greenwich Police Narcotics Section conducted an investigation into suspected drug sales by Lora-Rodriguez, Captain Mark E. Zuccerella said.
During the investigation, Lora-Rodriguez sold Xanax to an undercover officer, which resulted in a warrant being granted for his arrest, Zuccerella said.

Jeremy “Kuda” Roberts, of Danbury, was arrested on Thursday, Sept. 26, on a variety of drug-related offenses after police approached him a parking lot as he attempted to leave for driving with a suspended license, said Danbury Police Det. Lt. Mark Williams.
