An Allentown man was arrested Thursday morning after detectives seized drugs, guns, and more during a raid of his home, authorities said.
The search warrant was served at 46-year-old James Rodriguez's home in the 400 block of North 8th Street, Allentown police said.
The search yielded an unspecified amount of heroin, marijuana, pills, three loaded firearms, drug packing material, digital scales, and an unspecified amount of cash, according to Allentown police.

US Marshals, York City police GVI Unit and York County Drug Task Force conducted the search of a residence in the 3900 block of West Waverly Court in York on Wednesday, according to a police release.

Detectives have arrested a Connecticut man on numerous drug charges following a lengthy investigation.
New Haven County resident Saldi Hyska, age 23, of Seymour, turned himself in to Connecticut State Police on Thursday, Oct. 14, in connection with a search of his home following a lengthy investigation.
The search, which took place in early September, was the culmination of an investigation into the distribution of drugs from the residence, state police said.

Nearly $20 Mil Of Illegal Drugs Seized In Second Quarter Of 2021, PA State Say
Over $19.6 million worth of cocaine, heroin, fentanyl, methamphetamines, and other illicit drugs in the second quarter of 2021, according to Pennsylvania State police.
From April 1 through June 30, PSP seized 306 pounds of fentanyl and more than 285 pounds of cocaine, both with a combined street value of $11.1 million.
Troopers also seized 167 pounds of methamphetamines and 22 pounds of heroin from Pennsylvania communities.

Paterson police blitzed the city over the weekend, arresting 10 people, seizing two guns and nearly 1,000 heroin folds, among other drugs, and writing 349 traffic tickets as part of a crackdown on rising crime.
The special ops detail “was deployed in our continued strategic response to an uptick in violent crime nationally,” city Public Safety Director Jerry Speziale said.
