Police Helicopter Tracks Driver, 44, Leading Slow-Speed Pursuit Through Baltimore: Cops A 44-year-old woman is facing charges after police say she was involved in a hit-and-run crash and then fled the scene then led a slow-speed pursuit in Baltimore County. Gina Flannelly was involved in the crash in Dundalk around 4:10 p.m. Thursday, April 11, county police said. Officers followed her vehicle until it reached Baltimore City at which point they coordinated with BPD to arrest Flannelly, police said.
