Meanwhile, the number of cases in 121 Connecticut cities and towns went up from the week of Nov. 22 to the week of Dec. 5. For 14 communities, including New Haven, there was no change. On Monday, Oct. 26, six area animal control divisions teamed up to conduct a search and seizure warrant at 200 Blue Hills Ave., in Hamden.
