Joyce Newins, 82, who was last heard moving in her apartment on Tuesday, May 21, was located by police on Thursday, May 23, said the Suffolk County Police. Police did not offer details of where she was found. She last spoke to her family via telephone early Saturday, May 18, and was reported missing by her daughter-in-law.
