Covid-19: PA Liquor Control Issues Dozens Of Violations, Warnings The Pennsylvania Liquor Control has issued dozens of violations and warnings against businesses failing to comply with COVID-19 safety requirements. State Police issued 26 violations and 47 warnings to licensed establishments after carrying out unannounced compliance checks at 419 bars and restaurants between Feb. 5 and Feb. 7, according to the Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement. The compliance checks are focused on areas with higher transmission rates of COVID-19 but can occur anywhere, according to police, who did not reveal specific business names pending the ongoing investigation.
