A second arrest has been made in the killing of Hector Garcia Gomez, a Palmerton mechanic fatally shot in a Whitehall Township parking lot during a dispute, authorities announced Friday, Dec. 20.
Liz Pacheco, 36, of Allentown, is accused of conspiring with her former partner, Christian Martinez-Ramos, to locate and kill Garcia Gomez, according to Lehigh County District Attorney Gavin P. Holihan and Whitehall Police Chief Michael Marks.

Fatal Hit-Run Crash: Suspect Nabbed In Hampton Bays
A Long Island man has been arrested following a months-long investigation into a fatal hit-and-run.
Southampton Town Police said Benjamin J. SheenWaltzer, age 32, turned himself in on Friday, Nov. 15, after being linked to a crash on Springville Road in Hampton Bays.
The crash on Wednesday, March 6 killed Angel Astimbay, age 67, a resident of Hampton Bays.
SheenWaltzer, of Southampton, faces felony charges of:
Leaving the scene of an accident with injuries resulting in death,
Tampering with physical evidence.
He was arraigned in Suffolk County Court and released on $50,000 bail.
