A Connecticut man will spend the next decade behind bars after federal agents found thousands of disturbing images and videos of child sexual abuse in his home.
Joshua Glaeser, 37, of New Britain, was sentenced on Monday, June 9, to 10 years in federal prison, followed by 15 years of supervised release, the US Attorney for the District of Connecticut said. The punishment follows a months-long investigation that began in the summer of 2022.

A registered child sex offender from the Capital Region, who once served prison time for trying to coerce a minor into sexual activity, is accused of doing the same thing again to an even younger child.
Nathaniel Drescher, 41, of Latham, was arraigned on charges of attempted coercion and enticement of a minor in Albany federal court on Thursday, May 15.

A 32-year-old Jersey City man was sentenced to 26 years in federal prison on Wednesday, April 23 after pleading guilty to committing four robberies and two shootings, all in the same evening, authorities said.
