Hackensack police who wondered what a driver from Texas was doing parked on a local street with his motor running found him carrying a .38 Special, authorities said. Bryan Kyckelhan, 40, of Houston, told the narcotics detectives Friday afternoon that he was “just passing time” sitting alone in his 2013 Prius on Van Wettering Place, Capt. Peter Busciglio said. A 29-year-old man who was involved in armed robberies in Westchester is facing a minimum of 100 years in prison after being found guilty of fatally carjacking a pair of livery cab drivers. Tyrone “Man Man” Felder of the Bronx has been found guilty of participating in two armed robberies in Yonkers and for killing cab drivers Maodo Kane and Aboubacar Bah in the Bronx in 2014.
