According to detectives, Arthur Pollera, 58, of Massapequa, engaged in sexual conversations and showed the pictures on Snapchat while using the username ‘APollera2019,' police said.  Pollera has been charged with disseminating material to minors. He will be arraigned on Friday, July 26 at First District Court in Hempstead.
