The restaurant is making its mark in the smoked meat trend.
Here's where you get brisket, pork belly, pulled pork, pork ribs, pork sausage and rotisserie chicken in a "light fusion of traditional smoked meats of the southern states, with a little taste of even further south, Peru," says the eatery. Thousands Expected For Annual Oyster Festival In Norwalk
The 42nd annual Norwalk Seaport Association Oyster Festival is expected to draw thousands of visitors for performances, food, and fun.
Mike DelGuidice & Big Shot, and Brian Howe will take the night off from performing with Billy Joel to headline the festival.
The event, Friday, Sept. 6, Saturday, Sept. 7 and Sunday, Sept. 8 is held at Veteran’s Park, adjacent to Norwalk Harbor on Seaview Avenue in Norwalk.
