The crash occurred on Saturday, June 4, at 7:46 p.m. along the parkway southbound at milepost 81.4 in Toms River, a New Jersey State Police spokesman said. Preliminary investigation revealed that a Ford Explorer was traveling south in the left lane followed by a Harley-Davidson MC, operated by Ronald McGinness Jr., according to Sgt. Philip Curry. Danielle Lewis, 43, of Vineland died in the crash at 3:02 p;m. on Tuesday, March 8, a New Jersey Strate Police spokesman said. A Ford Explorer driven by Lewis drove off Route 55 southbound to the left and overturned in the grass center median in Franklin Township, according to Trooper Charles Marchan.
