Trio Nabbed For Hudson Valley Home Burglaries, Police Say
Three men were apprehended by police in the Hudson Valley shortly after allegedly committing home burglaries.
The incident occurred in Orange County around 7:30 p.m., Friday, Feb. 2, on Continental Drive in New Windsor.
The men were identified as Queens residents Jamez Torres Tinoco, age 41; Diego Hernandez-Corba, age 29, and Julian Cortes Cacamelo, age 23, after the homeowner called police to say he spotted the men on his home surveillance cameras attempting to enter his home, said Chief Daniel Valeri, of the New Windsor Police.

Eric Wilhoit, II, 29, of Fredericksburg, conspired with Odyssey Wilhoit, 23, Jeremiah Wilhoit, 26, Dejhaun Wilhoit, 26, from May 2020 through in or about January 2022, Virginia's US Attorney General Jessica D. A man from Maine checked himself in to a Tewksbury hotel but police checked him out after learning that he had an active arrest warrant and hundreds of grams of drugs, officials say.
A well-being check requested for 34-year-old Danny Taylor at the Residences at Tewksbury, an extended stay hotel located at 20 International Place, found the man safely in his room but with a stash of fentanyl, cocaine, and methamphetamine, and brass knuckles, according to the Tewksbury police.
