Two groups of suspects exchanged gunfire on a residential street in Easton Monday night, damaging property and fleeing the scene before police could respond, authorities say. It happened on the 600 block of Ferry Street at about 6:30 p.m. on April 17, Easton police wrote in a statement. Two Paterson men who exchanged gunfire on one of the city’s deadliest corners were captured along with a third man who authorities said was involved in the shootout. Dhey Alcantara, 24, fired at Jesus Santana, 30, and missed at the intersection of Park Avenue and Carroll Street shortly after 7:30 a.m. April 8, authorities said.
