Police: DWI Warren County Man, 59, Charged In Route 57 Hit-And-Run Crash
A Warren County man had been drinking when he left the scene of a crash on Route 57, authorities said.
Jeffrey Fuchs, 59, fled east on Route 57 after crashing near Newburgh Road in Mansfield Township on Nov. 25 around 5:50 p.m., Hackettstown Police said.
Fuchs’ vehicle was later found at the River Star Diner in Hackettstown with damage to the front driver’s side and a passenger tire off the rim, police said.
During questioning, Fuchs was found to be intoxicated, and a bottle of vodka was located in the vehicle, authorities said.

Police: Driver Charged After Truck Hits Hackettstown Overpass, Overturns
The driver of a box truck was charged Wednesday after his vehicle struck a Hackettstown underpass, overturned and started leaking diesel fluid, authorities said.
Steven Zemanek, 31, was heading south on Grand Avenue in the 2012 truck when he hit the underpass and overturned just before 2:15 p.m., Hackettstown police said.
Zemanek, of Succasunna, was able to get out of the truck, which was two feet and one inch taller than the height of the underpass, police said.

Hackettstown PD: 4 Charged With Cocaine Distribution Following Drug Raid
Three men and a woman could be facing time behind bars after a search of their Warren County home turned up drugs and paraphernalia, authorities said.
Shane Cole, 27, Scott Kramer, 46, Celia Ortiz, 51, and Raymond Cole Jr., 25 — all of Hackettstown — were arrested Oct. 1 after a search of their Petersburg Road home turned up cocaine, hypodermic needles and other paraphernalia, Acting Warren County Prosecutor James L. Pfeiffer said.
Kramer and Ortiz were charged with third-degree possession of cocaine while Cole and Cole Jr. were charged with possession of paraphernalia.

Police: DWI Montana Driver, 45, Passes Out In Middle Of Hackettstown Intersection
A drunken Montana man was sound asleep behind the wheel, stopped at a Hackettstown intersection over the weekend, authorities said.
David Search of Stevensville, Montana was slouched over and sleeping in his vehicle, which was running but stopped at the intersection of Cindy Terrace and Hurley Drive just after 5:15 p.m. Sunday, Hackettstown Police said.
An officer put Search’s vehicle into park and observed clear signs of intoxication during his questioning, authorities said.
A subsequent search of Search’s vehicle turned up an airplane-sized bottle of alcohol, authorities said.
