One House, Two Fires: Crews Return To Harford Home As Blaze Rekindles
Firefighters in Harford County were called to the same home twice in one morning after a generator fire may have reignited, officials said
The Darlington Volunteer Fire Company was called to a two-story home in the 3200 block of Conowingo Road around 6:45 a.m. on Sunday, March 2, after reports of a smoking or burning generator on the rear porch, according to the Maryland State Fire Marshal.
Crews extinguished the fire quickly, but just three hours later, at 9:30 a.m., firefighters were dispatched back to the same home—this time for a full-fledged house fire, officials said.
