The Shake Shack, located in Hartsdale at 379 N. Central Ave. in the Dalewood Shopping Center, has posted a notice on its doorway announcing they learned of the positive test on Monday, March 16, and immediately closed the restaurant. Woman Killed After Car Crashes Into Tree In Westchester A 95-year-old woman died over the weekend from injuries suffered during a one-car crash in Westchester. Police said that the woman, from Hartsdale, died on Saturday, Feb. 22 after her husband crashed into a tree in Ardsley.  Both were transported to the Westchester Medical Center following the crash, and the woman died from injuries sustained in the crash. The driver suffered non-life threatening injuries. The identities of the driver and his passenger have not been released by. Her loving husband, Henry, predeceased Annelies in 1991. She is survived by her children Roy Herzl of Mamaroneck (wife Allison) and Vicki Herzl Watkins of Alplaus (husband Gray) as well as her five grandchildren: Adam Herzl, Michelle Herzl, Lindsay Herzl Aronow (husband Bryan), Steve Watkins and Jenny Watkins. Ryan said that the cause of the delay has been identified as a switching malfunction at the Four Corners traffic signal. Woman Critically Injured After Being Hit By Vehicle While Crossing Westchester Roadway A woman was critically injured after being hit by a vehicle while walking across a busy roadway in Westchester. It happened at approximately 6 p.m. Friday, Dec. 13 in Hartsdale. The 71-year-old woman was struck as she was walking across East Hartsdale Avenue in the vicinity of 50 East Hartsdale Avenue, Greenburgh Police said. Officers who were called to the scene observed the victim lying injured in the roadway of the eastbound lane of East Hartsdale Avenue.  Greenburgh Police EMS rendered aid and transported the victim to a local hospital.
