The person who died at the scene of a two-vehicle crash in York County on Monday, March 6, 2023, has been identified, authorities say.
Donald Taylor, 56, from Havre De Grace, Maryland, was driving a Nissan Rogue south on Woodbine Road, just north of McCall Road— when he swerved for an unknown reason— crossing over the double solid lines, into the northbound lane and striking a Dodge Caravan head-on, according to the York County Coroner's Office and Pennsylvania State Police.
