Aggravated Assault Suspect Nabbed During Hurricane Ida Floodwater Rescue In Hunterdon County A man wanted for aggravated assault and fraud was taken into custody after police in Hunterdon County rescued him from Hurricane Ida floodwaters Thursday. Fokam Parfait climbed onto the hood of his vehicle as it became submerged in the floodwaters on Lamington Road in Tewksbury, township police said. Parfait then climbed into the pickup bed of a patrol vehicle that arrived to rescue him, police said.
