Ashley Burdick Of Carmel, Health Care Aide In Mahopac, Dies At Age 28
Health care aide Ashley L. Burdick, a resident of Carmel, died on Sunday, May 12 at home. She was 28 years old.
She was born on Dec. 24, 1990 in Carmel, the daughter of Frederick and Brenda (Tebordo) Burdick. She attended Brewster Schools and received her GED.
She was a certified health care aide with Affiliated Home Care out of Mahopac. She had a special place in her heart for people and always helped those in need, according to her obituary. She enjoyed playing basketball and doing crafts, and loved music and animals, especially birds and penguins.

CT Has More Fortune 1000 Companies Per Capita Than Any Other State, Report Says
A new report has shed some light on the business landscape of the Nutmeg State, claiming that it has more Fortune 1000 companies per capita than any other state.
