A 32-year-old man is behind bars after being tracked and nabbed with two stolen high-powered weapons.
Johan Cifuentes, of Greenwich, was arrested around 8:45 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 3, by Stamford Police after the theft of two guns from a vehicle owned by a city resident, said Capt. Richard Conklin.

A 43-year-old man was arrested by Connecticut State Police on alleged gun charges after he was handed over by Bridgeport Police where he was wanted for domestic violence.

Six Busted When Paterson Raid Turns Up Gun, Illegal Magazine, THC, Edibles
Paterson drug detectives found a handgun, a high-capacity magazine and an assortment of pot-related contraband – including dozens of THC cartridges and nearly three pounds of edibles – while arresting six people, authorities said.
They also seized a reported $3,361 in suspected drug cash in a raid on a first-floor Union Avenue apartment, Public Safety Director Jerry Speziale said Friday.

Police from different counties teamed up to seize more than a kilo of heroin, three guns and nearly $15,000 while arresting an ex-con who they said operated a drug factory at his Lyndhurst apartment.

72 Pounds Of Pot Seized In Nor'easter Raid In Stamford
During the height of the Nor'easter, Stamford cops busted seven people Friday for operating a drug factory and scooped up more than 72 pounds high-grade pot.
The bust comes after a lengthy investigation by the departments Narcotics and Organized Crime unit, said Capt. Richard Conklin.
