Car Fire Closes Hutchinson River Parkway At Pelham, Mount Vernon Line (Developing) All southbound lanes of the Hutchinson River Parkway are closed following a vehicle fire in Westchester County. The closure is in place near Exit 6A (First Avenue) at the Mount Vernon–Pelham line, around mile marker 6.6, as of Thursday, Feb. 5 at 10 a.m.  The fire began shortly before 10 a.m., according to 511NY traffic reports.  Both southbound lanes are now closed in the area.  More information about the fire has not yet been released.
