Woman, Men Accused Of Making Nearly $3K In Fraudulent Purchases At Greenwich Store A woman and two men from New York City are facing charges after police say they made nearly $3,000 in fraudulent purchases at a store in Fairfield County. Multiple Greenwich Police Department units were dispatched to 205 Greenwich Avenue on a report of possible fraudulent credit card activity on Saturday, April 27 around 5 p.m. Officers arrived and allegedly observed two males exiting the store, later identified as by their New York licenses as 23-year-old Dwayne Powell and 24-year-old Kimaley Barrett, both of Brooklyn. Teen Victim ID'd In Fatal Crash That Caused Hours-Long Southern State Parkway Closure The victim of a fatal crash that caused the hours-long closure of a stretch of the Southern State Parkway has been released. The crash occurred at approximately 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 24 in the town of Babylon in Suffolk County when a 2005 Toyota Sienna with four occupants was traveling eastbound on the Southern State Parkway west of Exit 35 (Wellwood Ave.) when it made contact with a 2014 Toyota Camry traveling in the center lane and lost control, state police said.
