A 16-year-old Jersey City boy was arrested and charged on Thursday, Jan. 23 with fatally shooting a 15-year-old girl last week, authorities said. On Saturday, Jan. 18, Cianna Lee and a 37-year-old relative were found with gunshot wounds in a car on Oak Street near Martin Luther King Drive and Union Street around 11 p.m., Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said. According to authorities, a juvenile has been charged with starting two fires at a Hudson Valley high school.
