It's been over a week since convicted murderer, Danelo Cavalcante, escaped from a Pennsylvania Prison — now the state police are offering the public a hefty reward for your help. A New Jersey man who authorities say faced "numerous financial stressors" is accused of setting fire to his Chester County automotive business to reap the insurance payout, says District Attorney Deb Ryan.
