5-Month-Old Tests Positive For Covid-19 In Montgomery County, Hospitals Severely Strained Montgomery County's hospitals haven't seen numbers like this before.  As of Wednesday, Dec. 9, the county's hospitals had 539 people with COVID-19, according to Dr. Val Arkoosh, chair of the Montgomery County Board of Commissioners. The incident occurred around 7:25 p.m. Saturday, at the intersection of Broad and Hancock streets, authorities said. Police responding to reports of a suspicious object in a tree at Whites Road Park was later determined to be an extension cord, fashioned into a loop on each end, police said in a release.
