A four-vehicle crash in Connecticut left one person dead and another with life-threatening injuries. The crash took place around 2:30 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 14 in Hartford County on West Center Street in Manchester, police said. According to Lt. A Fairfield County woman remained in critical but stable condition after being struck and trapped beneath a vehicle. The incident took place around 1:30 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 6 in the parking garage at 2200 Bedford St., in Stamford. A 2011 Nissan Altima being driven by an 84-year-old Stamford resident was traveling southbound through the parking garage when she struck the 73-year-old as she was walking through the garage, said Stamford Police Sgt. Pedestrian Seriously Injured Near Accident Scene In Totowa
A pedestrian was hospitalized with what responders said they believed were life-threatening injuries after she was struck by a car Thursday night in Totowa while a police officer was investigating a nearby crash that occurred moments earlier. The freak accident occurred in front of the Delta gas station on Union Boulevard and Boyle Avenue around 5 p.m. The officer was writing his report when the woman was hit.
