Four Charged In Little Egg Harbor Heroin Bust
Four people were busted with heroin outside of a Little Egg Harbor apartment complex, authorities charged.
Three of the suspects were charged with heroin possession and intent to distribute drugs, Little Egg Harbor police said.
Frank A. Hernandez, 53; Jessica A. Hernandez, 23; and Gina M. Hernandez, 26, all of Little Egg Harbor were charged with heroin possession, possession with intent to distribute a controlled dangerous subject and tampering with physical evidence. Authorities are holding them in the Ocean County Jail.

After only a few months in business, Red, White & Que in Wayne has been sold.
As for several other locations across New Jersey, the owners announced on the joint's website.

Lodi Homeowner Charged With $125,159 Superstorm Sandy Scam
Lodi, N.J. -- A Lodi homeowner collected nearly $125,159 in taxpayer-funded Superstorm Sandy relief by claiming her damaged Jersey Shore home as her primary residence, state authorities charged.
The home that Appolonia DiPiazza, 53, owns on East Mohawk Avenue in Little Egg Harbor that was damaged by the historic storm is actually a summer/weekend property, state Attorney General Gurbir S. Grewal said.
By lying on applications, DiPiazza received $2,270 from FEMA, $112,889 in RREM grant funds, and a $10,000 RSP grant, Grewal said.
