Oceanside Teen Nabbed After Punching Victim, Stealing Bicycle, Police Say A teen allegedly punched someone then stole a bike in Oceanside, said Nassau County Police. According to Nassau County Police detectives at 1:45 p.m. Monday, Aug. 5, Anthony Frangos, 18, got in a verbal argument with a victim near Merle Avenue and Oceanside Road. Frangos allegedly punched the victim several times and took his bicycle, fleeing southbound on Long Beach Road, police said. Police were able to catch Frangos and arrested him.  The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment of minor injuries, according to police.
