The crash happened in Putnam County on Friday, Oct. 18 just before 8 a.m., when a vehicle flipped at the intersection of Hill Street and Lakeside Road in Mahopac, according to the Mahopac Falls Volunteer Fire Department.  Arriving first responders evaluated the driver. However, they declined any medical attention.  One lane of traffic was closed for a short time while crews operated at the crash scene.  The cause of the crash was not released.

Crash Temporarily Closes Stretch Of Roadway In Mahopac A crash that left a vehicle on its side in the Hudson Valley caused a brief road closure.  The incident happened in Putnam County on Tuesday, Sept. 3 around 12:50 p.m., when a vehicle flipped on Myrtle Avenue in Mahopac, eventually coming to a rest next to a pole, according to Carmel Police.
