Felon Caught With Firearm During Fairfield Traffic Stop, Police Say A convicted felon from Bridgeport was busted on drug and weapons charges in Fairfield following a routine traffic light for a faulty brake light. Officers on patrol from the Fairfield Police Department stopped 21-year-old Bridgeport resident Darnell Brown’s Buick on Tunxis Road at approximately 9:50 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 19, after spotting his vehicle with a malfunctioning light. Leonia PD: Ex-Englewood Driver Found With 4 Pounds Of Pot LEONIA, N.J. -- A Leonia police officer who stopped a Pennsylvania driver found him carrying four pounds of pot, authorities said. Kellem Pretlor, 34, also had $1,200 in suspected drug proceeds when Officer Raymond Forsdahl stopped his unregistered blue Nissan as it headed north on Broad Avenue near Route 95, Capt.
