Investigators arrested city resident Darryle Langley, 49, in connection with the shooting of a man in the 1900 block of North Patterson Park Avenue on Sunday, Dec. 7, shortly after 10:30 a.m., according to Baltimore Police.
Officers were initially called to the 2200 block of East North Avenue, Baltimore, on December 7, at approximately 10:31 a.m., to investigate a reported shooting, police said.
