Baltimore City Police are seeking the public's help in locating a missing elderly man from the city, the Maryland Center for Missing and Unidentified Persons (MCMUP) said on Facebook. Irving Young, 84, was last seen in the Eastern District of Baltimore on Thursday, March 24, the MCMUP said. Young was last seen wearing a gray and orange puffy jacket, green plaid pants and slippers. A man in need of medical attention took police on a slow-speed pursuit when he refused to stop for officers on Long Island. The incident took place around 6:55 a.m., Monday, Jan. 4, when Southampton Town Police dispatchers received a call from a man in a motor vehicle that required medical attention, said Lt. Susan Ralph. Authorities turned to the public for help Thursday finding a missing 48-year-old Bogota man. Felix E. The community is rallying for a five-year-old girl in Englewood whose father will never be the same. Chris Harris, 29, suffered a stroke April 16 shortly after touching down in Puerto Rico with his girlfriend. He was unable to receive medical attention for several hours and -- as a result of hemorrhaging -- was left paralyzed.
