A fugitive member of the Crips who was wanted for attempted murder in New York City was nabbed by Mahwah police on Route 17, authorities said. Firefighters made quick work in rescuing trapped people and one dog from a vehicle crash off of Route 287 in Somerset County Saturday, June 10. The crash occurred just after 6:30 p.m. on the southbound side of the highway in Bridgewater, near mile post 20.4, New Jersey State Police Sgt. Philip Curry said.
