The incident happened around 5:50 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 21 in Middle Island, Suffolk County Police said. Keisha Dalton, 45, of Middle Island, was driving a 2011 Buick Regal northbound on Miller Place-Yaphank Road when her vehicle struck the man, who was walking in the road, police said.
