The crash occurred at about 1:45 p.m. Tuesday near mile-marker 112.7 of the Garden State Parkway northbound in MIddletown, initial reports said. Nicholas Reed, 34, Worked As Accountant, Chef Nicholas Matthew Reed, 34, of Asbury Park, died Thursday in Trenton.  He worked as an accountant as well as a chef, his obituary says.  He was born in Red Bank in 1987 and grew up in Marlboro.  He earned a Master's Degree in Business from Rutgers University. In addition to his work as an accountant, he was a chef for Mogo. Nicholas enjoyed music, history, soccer, swimming, walking and spending time with friends and family. Body Recovered In Monmouth Cove Marina A body was recovered from a bay in Central Jersey, authorities said. The body was brought into Monmouth Cove Marina along Port Monmouth Road in Middletown at about 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, reports said. New Jersey State Trooper Charles Marchan confirmed that  troopers were dispatched to  Monmouth Marina and a male body was recovered. "This remains under investigation and there is no additional information available at the moment," Marchan said on Sunday afternoon. The U.S. Coast Guard also was notified, reports said.
