Teen Nabbed For Nine Long Island Burglaries In One Night
A teenager has been nabbed for a series of nine burglaries that took place earlier this year on Long Island, police said.
Nassau County Police arrested Richard Morgridge, age 18, of the Bronx, on Wednesday, March 23.
The burglaries took place in Mineola and Carle Place between 12:43 and 4:35 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 29, police said.
An investigation led detectives to Morgridge, they added.
Morgridge is allegedly responsible for the following burglaries:

Six Accused Of Selling Heroin, THC At Five Long Island Stores
Six Long Island men were nabbed during a raid for allegedly selling drugs at smoke shops throughout the region.
The arrests took place around 2 p.m. on Thursday, March 10, during the execution of a search warrants at five Evolve Smoke Shops in Nassau County.
During the search, large quantities of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) were recovered, along with MDMA, heroin and cash, said the Nassau County Police.

Alert Issued For Missing Nassau County Man
Police have asked the public for help locating a 36-year-old Long Island man who was last seen more than a week ago.
Jose Luis Andrade-Torres, of Mineola, was last seen in East Meadow at 8 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 21, according to the Nassau County Police Department.
He was reported missing to police at 8:30 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 28, NCPD said.
Police said Andrade-Torres is in need of medical attention.
Andrade-Torres is described as being 5-foot-6 and 160 pounds, with a slight build, brown eyes, short black hair, and a goatee.

Man, Woman Nabbed For Stealing Packages From Nassau County Residences
A man and a woman have been arrested for petit larceny for allegedly stealing packages from numerous Long Island porches.
Tyree Stewart, age 30, and Jacqueline White, age 26, both of Queens, were arrested by Nassau County Police on Tuesday, Jan. 4, for the incidents which took place in Mineola.
According to detectives, Stewart and White removed several packages that had been delivered to residences located on Latham Road, Laurel Drive, and White Road.
The crimes came to light when police were dispatched to a Latham Road residence for reports of a larceny that had just occurred.
