Leslie Guaman-Tenesaca, age 24, of Stamford, was arrested on Sunday, March 14 by New Canaan Police after they responded to Spiga Restaurant for a dispute, said Lt. Jason Ferraro. Man Harassed Yorktown Officer 32 Times, Police Say A 51-year-old Peekskill man was arrested and charged after police say he left 32 harassing messages for a police officer. Peter Bub was charged with 32 counts of aggravated harassment in the second degree, a Class A misdemeanor. Police say the harassment occurred between June 14, 2017, and Nov. 29, 2017.
