Angel Angulo of Riverside, California, previously admitted that he and his co-conspirators replaced swipe terminals with imitations that they used to record the bank account numbers and PINs. Mohegan Lake Man Punches Person In Face, Police Say A 22-year-old Northern Westchester man was arrested and charged Monday after police said he punched someone in the face during a domestic incident. Juan Nauta of Mohegan Lake was charged with assault in the third degree, a Class A misdemeanor.  Police responded to a home on Horton Road Monday night and said during an argument, Nauta closed fist punched the victim in the face and back causing injuries and pain.  Nauta was transported to headquarters for processing and was released on $1,000 bail. He is due back in court on Jan. 8.
