An infant was found unresponsive inside a Pennsylvania home, State Police announced on Thursday, Sept. 18. They were dispatched to the area of Upper PMHE South Drive and Upper PMHE North Drive in Middle Smithfield Township (Monroe County), after receiving a report of an unresponsive six-day-old boy around 7:06 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 14.
