Three members of a prominent Long Island seafood company, including two family members, are facing federal charges for allegedly conspiring to illegally harvest and sell fish caught above legal limits.
Bryan Gosman, age 48, Asa Gosman, age 45, of Montauk, members of the management team of Bob Gosman Co. Inc., and fisherman Christopher Winkler, age 61, were charged by a federal grand jury for conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud and obstruction in connection with a scheme to illegally overharvest fluke and black sea bass.

Long Island Woman Accused Of Driving Drunk In Crash That Killed Bicyclist
A woman who was allegedly driving drunk hit in a crash that killed a bicyclist on Long Island, police said.
The Suffolk Countycrash took place at 6 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 30, on Flamingo Avenue in Montauk, said the East Hampton Town Police.
According to police, Lisa L. Rooney, 30, was driving a 2019 Chevy Silverado southbound on Flamingo Avenue when she hit, John James Usma-Quintero, 28, of Montauk, who was also traveling southbound.
Usma-Quintero was transported via Montauk Ambulance to Stony Brook Southampton Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Rooney was charged with DWI.
