Jose Israel Centeno Velasquez, also known as Carlos, is the subject of a homicide investigation after the 43-year-old Gaithersburg resident was found over the weekend. Montgomery County Police detectives have released video surveillance of a vehicle they believe to be connected to a shooting in Olney late last month. Investigators say that a white Ford Fusion with minor front end damage was observed in the bus turn-around area of the parking lot of Brooke Grove Elementary School on Wednesday, March 29.
