Police are investigating after a woman was found shot to death in a vehicle and a man badly injured in the region. The incident occurred in Sullivan County around 12:30 a.m., Monday, May 28, outside of Building 2 of the Sleepy Hollow Apartment Complex at Terri Lane in Monticello. According to Lt. Sheriff's deputies in the region charged three people for allegedly failing to pay their child support. The Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office has arrested the following individuals on Family Court warrants for child support violations: Melissa A.
