The Metropolitan Transportation Authority Board announced this week that they voted to approve the purchase of 535 next generation subway cars, which will be used on lettered routes and the Staten Island Railway. Coli Cases In Connecticut Food safety experts at Consumer Reports are advising people in the U.S. and Canada to stop eating romaine lettuce after an outbreak of E. coli, including at least two cases in Connecticut.
