Margaret Jean Marshall, age 49, of New Canaan, was charged on Friday, Feb. 2, after she was stopped on Cherry Street for driving without a front license plate, said Lt. Jorge Lopez, age 34, of Bridgeport, was arrested on Saturday, Jan. 6, following a routine traffic stop in New Canaan. According to Lt.
