Ryan Andrew Re, Lifelong Danbury Resident, Dies At 29
Ryan Andrew Re died on Wednesday, Sept. 12 at his home in Danbury. He was 29.
He was born in Danbury on Sept. 5, 1989. He attended local schools and graduated from Danbury High School with the Class of 2007.
Ryan was employed in pool construction at Nejame & Sons of Danbury for the past five years and was also a Marketing Consultant with Ambit Energy.
He enjoyed golf, tennis, and exhibiting his creative and artistic talents through drawings. He will always be remembered for his great sense of humor, and most of all, his love for his family.

10 Nabbed In Drug Sweep Involving Local, CT State Police, FBI, ATF
A crack cocaine and heroin drug ring has been broken up in Connecticut following a seven-month investigation involving local, state and federal law enforcement agencies.
Ten men were arrested this week on federal drug trafficking charges, John Durham, the United States Attorney for the Southern District, announced. The arrests came following the investigation by the FBI, ATF and Waterbury Police Department.

Severe Storms Knock Out Power To Hundreds In Fairfield County
Hundreds have lost power in Fairfield County as storms rage in the region.
Eversource is reporting that 4,280 of their 1,270,775 customers have lost power due to the thunderstorms and lightning.
Danbury was hit the hardest early on, with 263 customers reporting outages just before 4 p.m. Tuesday. Other Fairfield County outages were reported in Darien (38), New Fairfield (32), Ridgefield (15), Stamford (12), Westport (three), Newtown (three) and Greenwich (one).
