North East Man Hits Victim In Front Of Children, Police Say A Dutchess County man is facing multiple charges after being involved in a Valentine’s Day domestic dispute in North East in front of two children. New York State Police troopers were dispatched to a Scenic View Road residence at approximately 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 14, where there were multiple reports of a domestic dispute.
