Tractor-Trailer Flips After Nearly Crashing Into Stopped Vehicles On Route 22 A tractor-trailer turned over on the side of a busy roadway when the truck driver took emergency measures to avoid crashing into several other vehicles. New York State Police troopers were dispatched to Route 22 in Dutchess County in the area of Haight Road in North East at approximately 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 28, where there was a report of a rollover tractor-trailer crash. The two charged with selling alcoholic beverages to an underage individual (a Class A misdemeanor) are: Courtney A. Heiser, 20, of North East, employed at Cumberland Farms on Main Street in the village of Millerton. She was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of North East Court on Oct. 30. Syed H. North East Man Hits Victim In Front Of Children, Police Say A Dutchess County man is facing multiple charges after being involved in a Valentine’s Day domestic dispute in North East in front of two children. New York State Police troopers were dispatched to a Scenic View Road residence at approximately 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 14, where there were multiple reports of a domestic dispute.
