Man With Loaded Gun Urinates On Gas Station In Area, Police Say A man caught urinating on the side of a gas station found himself in the Dutchess County Jail. Cody Warner, of Lauderdale, Mississippi, was arrested on Sunday, July 14, after Town of Fishkill Police Officer John Hurtado saw him urinating on the side of Flory's Gas Station, located on Route 9 in the Village of Fishkill, Chief James Schepperly said. Warner was also carrying a loaded 45-caliber Ruger handgun, police said. He was charged with felony criminal possession of a loaded weapon. Bail was set at $25,000 cash/$50,000 bail and is being held at the Dutchess County Jail.
